Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations Interop to oversee the operations of Health Information Exchange technology and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end deployments of interoperability technology and services, ensuring timely and high-quality implementations
• Optimize resource allocation and monitor implementation costs to align with financial and operational expectations
• Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare operations and technology-driven service delivery
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of technical management experience
• BS/BA in technology, business, or healthcare-related degree
• Five+ years of experience in a healthcare/technology-related field
