Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other business field
• 10-12 years of marketing experience in Financial services, Fintech, or Mortgage industry
• Proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies
• Experience managing direct reports
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment
