Job Summary

To lead and scale payroll services across the US and UK, the remote, full-time VP Payroll Services & Operations will define strategy, enhance operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while managing revenue and P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations across the US and UK
• Build and scale payroll services models to support market growth and customer complexity
• Improve operational excellence and drive customer outcomes through effective payroll implementation and service delivery

Required qualifications

• Strong US payroll experience is required
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in payroll services or operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of scaling payroll services in a high-growth business
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue and P&L management
• Innovative mindset with experience in using AI and automation to enhance service delivery
