Job Summary

To lead and scale payroll services across the US and UK, the remote full-time VP Payroll Services & Operations will define strategy, improve operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while managing payroll revenue and P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations across the US and UK
• Scale the UK payroll services model to support growth and manage payroll implementation with a focus on quality and customer experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and drive strong customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Strong US payroll experience is required
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in payroll services or operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of scaling payroll services in a high-growth business
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue and P&L management
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve service delivery
