Job Summary

To lead and scale payroll services across the US and UK, the remote full-time VP Payroll Services & Operations will define strategy, improve operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing revenue and P&L responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations across the US and UK
• Build and scale a repeatable US payroll services model to drive market penetration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong US payroll experience is required
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in payroll services or operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience in scaling payroll services in a high-growth business
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing revenue and P&L
• Innovative mindset with experience in leveraging AI and automation for operational improvements
