Required Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in People, HR, Talent, or Organizational Development roles
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and workforce strategy initiatives
- Experience managing a global, remote workforce and developing offshoring strategies
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical workforce and organizational plans
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required; advanced HR certifications preferred
