Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organization's people strategy aligned with growth and transformation
• Build and lead a high-performing People Experience team, enhancing leadership capability across the organization
• Oversee the full talent lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and emerging skill needs

Required Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in People, HR, Talent, or Organizational Development roles
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and workforce strategy initiatives
• Experience managing a global, remote workforce and developing offshoring strategies
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical workforce and organizational plans
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required; advanced HR certifications preferred
