Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of People Operations - Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure a skilled workforce
• Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive work culture

Required Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in HR management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges
• Experience managing global HR operations and teams across multiple locations is preferred
