Required Qualifications

• Proven business experience in geospatial, civil engineering, federal, or Japanese markets
• Leadership skills with a track record of achieving business outcomes
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn through challenges
• BS or MS in a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in post-merger business scaling integration is preferred
