VP Product - AML Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Product to lead product strategy and execution with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Advise on global regulations and translate them into actionable product enhancements
• Build and scale the Product Management and User Experience functions to meet global business needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and leading a product function within Enterprise SaaS or data-heavy technology companies
• Background in AML compliance, risk management, or financial crime prevention within financial institutions or RegTech providers
• Applied knowledge of global AML frameworks and the ability to translate regulations into commercial products
• Experience in environments utilizing ML/AI components in product development
• Familiarity with API-enabled, modular, SaaS compliance software solutions is highly desirable
