Job Summary

To shape the future of data, the full-time VP Product, Core Products will oversee the strategy, execution, and success of the Database product family, including managing cross-functional teams and driving product lifecycle initiatives in a remote or Mountain View, CA setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the multi-year technical roadmap and investment strategy for Aerospike's core distributed database and its ecosystem
• Maintain a portfolio-level view across all related products, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and business impact
• Act as an executive sponsor for key customers, building a deep understanding of enterprise use cases and representing their perspectives in product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on enterprise software or data infrastructure
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of interrelated products and teams, particularly in distributed systems or Kubernetes environments
• Familiarity with enterprise IT needs, including backup, restore, observability, and deployment automation
• Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with the ability to use metrics and analytics for prioritization
• Clear communicator, able to influence at all levels and collaborate effectively with technical teams
