VP Product Innovation

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and commercialization of product innovations, the full-time VP Product Innovation will manage the solution portfolio's lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive market success while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage financial operations for the assigned solution portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting
• Serve as the primary business leader for the solution portfolio to the Executive Team, focusing on strategy and operations
• Develop business cases and value propositions for new solutions, while maintaining customer stakeholder relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in related, progressive roles
• 5+ years of experience in health IT, PBM, pharmacy, payer, or healthcare-related field
• 7+ years of people management experience or progressive leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience managing the success of a product or line of business
