Job Summary
Leading the development of a centralized Revenue Operations function, the remote VP Revenue Operations Technology will manage the end-to-end seller experience, oversee the GTM tech stack, and drive sales enablement initiatives while ensuring adoption of new tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end seller experience by identifying and eliminating friction points in the GTM workflow
- Design the GTM system architecture and lead the team responsible for workflow automation and CRM administration
- Develop and implement seller onboarding and training programs to reduce ramp time and enhance sales play adoption
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue technology, sales operations, or sales enablement, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing the GTM tech stack in a complex B2B environment
- Hands-on experience in leading enablement initiatives linked to measurable outcomes
- Strong change management skills with a focus on driving adoption of new tools and processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems like NetSuite or ConnectWise and experience in AI-enabled seller productivity programs
