Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Implement and optimize CRM tools, establish KPIs, and coordinate with marketing team

Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in e-commerce or fintech startups
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience training and motivating a sales team
  • Technical proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking and analyzing leads and conversion rates
