Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Sales, CX and Contact Center Intelligence (CxCI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Contact Center and CCaaS-UCaaS space
  • Identify and target key accounts, develop account plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, lead large deal pursuits, and build relationships with customers and partners
Required Qualifications
  • 20+ years of career experience, including 10+ years in selling professional engineering services and IP-led solutions
  • Experience in the Contact Center / CCaaS market segment
  • Proven track record in large deal creation and closure
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in managing a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
