Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Sales, CX and Contact Center Intelligence (CxCI).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Contact Center and CCaaS-UCaaS space
- Identify and target key accounts, develop account plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, lead large deal pursuits, and build relationships with customers and partners
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of career experience, including 10+ years in selling professional engineering services and IP-led solutions
- Experience in the Contact Center / CCaaS market segment
- Proven track record in large deal creation and closure
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in managing a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
