Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Sales Management - Payment Accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities while establishing relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new products to market and ensure successful sales execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in prospecting new business accounts and selling software products
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Health Plans; 7+ years preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading field sales teams of 5 to 7 representatives
- Extensive experience selling to Health Plan C-level executives and a proven track record in achieving significant sales quotas
