Job Summary

Leading solution consulting for complex payment engagements, the full-time remote VP Solutions Consulting will partner with Sales and Product teams to design scalable architectures, drive solution artifacts, and ensure successful implementations across U.S. and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and technical due diligence for complex payment deals, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client requirements
• Serve as the primary solution architect and trusted advisor, presenting solutions and recommending architectures to reduce implementation risk
• Own the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, coordinating technical inputs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture within payments or adjacent fintech
• Proven experience in owning RFP responses and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, and security controls for payment platforms
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to executive and technical audiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
