Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise organizational effectiveness strategies and drive change management
- Develop and execute integrated learning and leadership development strategies
- Oversee the design and delivery of leadership programs and establish an executive coaching practice
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 15 years of work experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources
- 10 years of leadership/people management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
