Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated learning and leadership development strategies
Oversee the design and delivery of leadership programs and establish an executive coaching practice

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
15 years of work experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources
10 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
