VP Tax & Treasury

Job Summary

Managing tax accounting functions and treasury for US-based multinational companies, the remote VP Tax & Treasury will supervise global tax compliance, coordinate tax provision processes, and manage federal and state tax return filings.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of global tax compliance and provision processes
• Manage federal and state tax return filings, including income, sales & use, and property taxes
• Oversee the global treasury team and provide recommendations regarding personnel decisions

Required qualifications:

• BS in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years in public accounting/tax, including US federal and state tax compliance
• International tax experience required
• Experience with tax provision, compliance, and research software
• CPA strongly preferred
