A company is looking for a Vice President, Team Manager in CIO Advisory in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee a team of CIO advisors in the Americas, engaging with senior-level executives to resolve high-value business problems
• Develop new ideas and content to solve client challenges, drive retention, and increase account growth
• Lead teams through established processes, drive continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive environment

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in research or advisory roles, MBA or management consulting experience preferred
• Experience managing high-performing teams in large organizations, with a track record of success in a virtual environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead multinational teams, coordinate multiple engagements, and prioritize demands
• Advanced analytical skills, consultative skillset, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred
