Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented VPN Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage VPN service delivery, drive AI and automation initiatives, and ensure operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day VPN order delivery across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning aligned with customer SLAs
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability while championing automation efforts
• Establish performance expectations, analyze operational data, and deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related business operations management experience
• Strong discipline in maintaining a use case backlog and governance process
• Proven ability to translate ideas into clear user stories with defined success criteria and ROI modeling
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across various departments
• Understanding of project management principles and practices
