VQI Registry Abstractor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced VQI Registry Abstractors, the full-time or part-time remote position will focus on accurate and timely abstraction of vascular registry data from patient medical records while adhering to registry specifications and meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the VQI Registry
• Applies registry specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high abstraction accuracy
• Enters complete data into registry platforms and participates in quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent VQI Registry abstraction experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Experience working with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
