• Own the value case from deal shaping through delivery, ensuring measurable benefits
• Establish and run the Value Realization Office, integrating governance and decision-making structures
• Act as a senior delivery integrator, identifying value risks and ensuring benefits realization post-launch

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in large scale transformation or consulting delivery with accountability for business outcomes
• Proven experience in benefits realization and value management
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and value tracking across complex portfolios
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives in transformation environments
• Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled delivery models preferred
