VSoft Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a major VSoft implementation, the full-time remote VSoft Platform Implementation Engineer will maintain system reliability, implement automation tools, and collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless feature deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services
• Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future incidents

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in system administration, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
