Job Summary

A company is looking for a vSphere Administrator / SME.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory vCenters, ESXi hosts, clusters, and vSAN instances
Evaluate configurations against VMware Security Configuration Guides (SCGs) and STIGs
Identify misconfigurations, access risks, and patch gaps while validating and documenting remediation steps

Required Qualifications

5+ years of vSphere administration experience
Expertise in PowerCLI, ESXi CLI, and vSAN
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to translate technical findings into clear documentation
VMware VCP certification is a bonus
