Vulnerability Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vulnerability Management Analyst to oversee and support the vulnerability management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the vulnerability management program and serve as a liaison between Security Assessment and SOC functions
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close vulnerability management projects while maintaining configurations for patch and secure configurations audit scans
• Analyze audit scan results, identify vulnerabilities, prepare reports, and ensure the proper functioning of the vulnerability management platform

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and technical assessments
• 10 years of hands-on LAN Administration experience, including Windows and Linux OS
• 5 years of experience with Tenable Security Center/Nessus Scanners
• Associates or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 security management industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
