Vulnerability Management Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Vulnerability Management Analyst will identify, analyze, and prioritize technical vulnerabilities to protect payment processing platforms and cloud environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain vulnerability scanning platforms (Wiz, Tenable) across various IT assets
- Review and prioritize vulnerability data based on business context, CVSS scores, and threat intelligence
- Act as a liaison to advocate for remediation initiatives and track progress on vulnerability management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IT, system administration, or risk management
- Experience operating enterprise scanning platforms, specifically Wiz and Tenable
- Solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle and CVSS scoring
- Familiarity with cloud security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise networking
