Vulnerability Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vulnerability Management Engineer to oversee vulnerability assessments and collaborate on remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vulnerability management services and manage the full remediation lifecycle
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans on production and pre-production systems
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support incident response teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing a vulnerability management program
• Fundamental knowledge of network vulnerability scanning technologies
• Understanding of Web Application Security vulnerabilities and defenses
• Experience with vulnerability remediation management and patching
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC
