Vulnerability Management Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic cybersecurity team, the full-time Vulnerability Management Engineer will manage vulnerability scans, triage results, and collaborate with asset and application owners to remediate security issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute vulnerability scans and monitor results for internal and external attack surfaces
• Support the triaging and prioritization of vulnerabilities for remediation efforts
• Participate in red and purple team exercises to enhance offensive security skills

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in vulnerability management
• Well-rounded understanding of vulnerability management concepts
• Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and web technologies
• Experience with vulnerability management and scanning tools
