Vulnerability Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise vulnerability management program, the full-time Vulnerability Manager will ensure the identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting of security vulnerabilities across the organization's technology environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise vulnerability management program, including policies and procedures
• Coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional teams and manage vulnerability scanning activities
• Deliver executive-level reporting on the organization's security posture and track remediation progress against established metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in vulnerability management
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable and Microsoft Defender
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
