Vulnerability Management Manager

Job Summary

Vulnerability Management Manager, a full-time role, is responsible for overseeing the vulnerability management team, driving remediation efforts, and continuously improving processes within the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, overseeing performance and operational priorities
• Drive completion of remediation efforts by collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing priorities
• Identify improvement opportunities and benchmark program maturity against industry frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on vulnerability management
• Comprehensive understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle and common scanning tools
• General technical understanding of software, Linux distros, and network hardware
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
