Vulnerability Management Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VDR Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming support requests through various channels
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate platform issues and enhance product strategy
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical recommendations while documenting customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of software product support experience
• 2-3 years of experience in VMS or Information Security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
• General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking principles
• Experience with Vulnerability Management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid 7 is a plus
