Vulnerability Management Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of analysts, the full-time remote Vulnerability Management Team Lead will oversee daily operations of the vulnerability management program, focusing on risk-based prioritization, remediation processes, and continuous improvement of vulnerability operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Vulnerability Management team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Develop and enforce a risk-based prioritization framework for vulnerability remediation, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Track remediation progress, serve as a subject matter expert, and facilitate the remediation lifecycle across business units

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with 2-3+ years in a leadership role focused on Vulnerability Management
• Expert-level hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability assessment tools and platforms
• Deep technical understanding of vulnerability classification, risk assessment, and modern patching processes
• Strong familiarity with securing complex cloud environments and corporate infrastructure
• Ability to obtain AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification within the first year of employment
