Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vulnerability Response Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and refine workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths for improved operational flow
• Serve as a primary contact for triaging and troubleshooting ServiceNow Vulnerability Response support needs
• Deliver dashboards and track core performance metrics to enhance decision-making and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys)
• Expertise in ServiceNow automation and dashboarding
• Experience in developing training materials and running enablement sessions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
