Vulnerability & Threat Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Vulnerability & Threat Analyst will analyze diverse threat intelligence sources to identify exploited vulnerabilities, validate findings, and maintain high-quality intelligence outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze threat intelligence to identify and confirm exploited vulnerabilities, exploits, threat actors, and indicators of compromise (IOCs)
• Validate the accuracy and credibility of sources and assess evidence of real-world exploitation
• Maintain structured intelligence outputs while ensuring high-quality standards

Required qualifications

• Ability to evaluate exploit proof-of-concepts and familiarity with scripting languages
• Experience with OSINT tools and resources
• Strong understanding of CVEs, including assignment and validation
• Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON
• Understanding of IOCs and ability to assess the credibility of intelligence sources
