Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Counsel to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients
• Work under the guidance of partners and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals
• Focus on the tactical aspects of cases with minimal in-person court appearances required

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Barred in good standing in Washington, California, or Arizona
• Strong background in employment law and civil litigation
• Experience working with administrative agencies
• Ability to manage a flexible billable hours target without business development pressure
