WA & CO Licensed Clinical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Lead (Physician, MD/DO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to clinicians to ensure high-quality clinical care and a positive work environment
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training medical clinicians, while supporting clinical operations and process improvements
• Promote a positive team culture that values individual contributions and enhances team collaboration

Required Qualifications and Education

• Board certification in Endocrinology by ABIM or certification by ABOM, or extensive clinical experience in obesity medicine (minimum 3 years)
• Active and unrestricted Medical State License in WA & CO
• Preferred 5 years as an attending physician in a primary specialty or endocrinology
• Preferred one year of experience supervising APPs in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities and adherence to evidence-based treatments
