Job Summary

A company is looking for WA, LA, FL Licensed Therapists for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care across substance use disorder treatment settings
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
• Document all member assessments, care plans, and referrals, while achieving set goals and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC licensure in Washington State, Florida, or Louisiana
• Preferred experience with the substance abuse population
• Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
• Experience working with adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
