WA Licensed English Teacher

Job Summary

WA Licensed English Teacher, responsible for delivering live, on-camera instruction for five or more hours daily in a remote setting, while personalizing learning and engaging with students and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live, synchronous instruction and create an engaging virtual classroom experience
• Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and address learning gaps
• Maintain accurate records and provide meaningful feedback to students and families

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Active state teaching license in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Michigan, and/or Virginia for English/Language Arts grades 6-12
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a full student caseload independently
