Wage Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Analyst III - Wage and Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with wage requirements related to government contracting
• Evaluate contracts for wage requirements and collaborate with teams to monitor compliance
• Support Sales and Proposals Teams by advising on compliant wages and job descriptions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred
• Experience in a high volume, Federal Subcontract global management environment
• Prior Federal labor compliance experience preferred
• Valid US or local driver's license and US passport required
• US Citizenship is required to apply
