A company is looking for a Deductions & Dispute Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for Walmart-related deductions, including identification, investigation, documentation, and submission via the APDP platform
• Provide expertise in the OPARTI workflow, guiding teams and clients through dispute submissions
• Analyze deduction data to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Walmart-related deductions or post-audit recovery
• Deep expertise in Walmart's APDP platform and OPARTI process
• Proven ability to recover revenue by resolving invalid deductions
• Experience in developing process documentation and internal playbooks
• Familiarity with deduction recovery tools such as SupplyPike or iNymbus
