Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deductions & Dispute Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for Walmart-related deductions, including identification, investigation, documentation, and submission via the APDP platform
• Provide hands-on expertise in the OPARTI workflow, guiding teams and clients through each step for accurate dispute submissions
• Analyze deduction data to identify patterns and root causes, translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve recovery rates

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Walmart-related deductions, shortage claims, or post-audit recovery
• Deep expertise in Walmart's APDP platform and the OPARTI process
• Proven ability to recover revenue by resolving invalid deductions
• Experience in developing process documentation and internal playbooks
• Solid understanding of Walmart's compliance programs and deduction categories
