Walmart Replenishment Analyst

Job Summary

To support inventory management and supply chain efficiency, the full-time remote Walmart Replenishment Analyst will monitor item-level replenishment orders, analyze sales and inventory data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production and distribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors and manages item-level replenishment orders through Walmart's Retail Link and order management systems
• Analyzes sales velocity and inventory positions to identify and resolve supply gaps
• Develops and maintains dashboards tracking in-stock rates and fill rate performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of total experience, including 2 or more years in a relevant functional area
• Proven expertise in replenishment processes and retail supply chain operations
• Proficiency with Walmart's Retail Link platform
• Experience working directly with Walmart buyers or replenishment systems is a plus
