WAMS Technical Resource

Job Summary

To support enhancements and maintenance within an Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAMS) environment, the remote contract WAMS Technical Resource will manage backend processes, develop data integration patterns, and provide technical support while working with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain backend processes within Oracle Utilities WAMS v1.9x
• Develop and document reusable patterns for data extraction, transformation, and integration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical logic and backend data flows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities WAM, preferably v1.9x
• Strong backend development skills including SQL, data extraction, and ETL workflows
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Unix/Linux environments
• Experience supporting or migrating file-based integrations to Oracle Cloud Object Storage
