WAMS Technical Resource

Job Summary

To support a growing utility client, the remote contract WAMS Technical Resource will manage backend processes within Oracle Utilities WAMS v1.9x, develop data integration solutions, and provide technical support for data operations over a 6+ month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and maintain backend processes within Oracle Utilities WAMS v1.9x and ensure operational needs are met
• Develop reusable patterns for data extraction, transformation, and integration while documenting technical logic
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align WAMS functional processes with backend data flows and operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities WAM (preferably v1.9x)
• Strong backend development skills, including SQL and ETL workflows
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with file-based integrations to Oracle Cloud Object Storage
