Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day client needs including data uploads, loan eligibility, and fundings
- Provide operational support to clients and align their needs with solutions
- Manage tasks related to warehouse financing and ensure professional communication with clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Warehouse Financing Solutions and ProMerit technology
- Familiarity with mortgage warehouse facility structures and related products
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ideally ProMerit
