Warehouse Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects data, performs statistical analysis, and implements process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development
• Manages high-impact continuous improvement projects and supports operational start-ups and expansions
• Coaches employees on engineering methodologies and Lean principles while facilitating Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with seven years of related experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Advanced knowledge of engineering methods, Lean tools, and warehouse design tools
• Understanding of warehouse management operations and automation solutions
• Lean Six Sigma certification is required; additional certifications preferred
