Warehouse Lending Specialist

Job Summary

Warehouse Lending Payoff Specialist is a full-time, hourly role responsible for supporting mortgage purchase operations through payoff processing, wire reconciliation, and operational support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily wire transfer activity and reconcile payoff entries
• Record accounting entries and complete daily account reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and provide backup support to the MPP Collateral Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of mortgage experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers
