Warehouse Lending Specialist

Job Summary

Warehouse Lending Payoff Specialist is a full-time, hourly position responsible for supporting mortgage operations through payoff processing, wire reconciliation, and investor reporting in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily wire transfer activity and reconcile payoff entries
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, and communicate with clients regarding operational inquiries
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and provide backup support to the MPP Collateral Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of mortgage experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
