Warehouse Management Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, the full-time Warehouse Management Specialist will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing while implementing warehouse management systems and safety procedures in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing
• Implements warehouse management systems and processes to maintain accurate stock levels
• Oversees warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (professional certification preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
• Proven ability to manage and lead warehouse teams with strong scheduling and performance management skills
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
