Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Head of Warehouse Operations for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the on-site leadership at the Berlin fulfilment center while overseeing the Rheine/D sseldorf facility, ensuring accountability of third-party logistics partners to KPIs and facilitating operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor 3PL partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, conducting reviews and tracking corrective actions
• Act as the primary liaison between the 3PL partner and Spreetail's central functions, translating strategic requirements into operational instructions
• Analyze WMS data and produce operational reports to track metrics like on-time shipment and order accuracy, identifying areas for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both German and English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience coordinating warehouse workflows in B2B and B2C fulfilment environments
• Proficiency in Linnworks or equivalent WMS/ERP systems with strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation for managing multiple workstreams autonomously across multi-site operations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience; certifications such as APICS or Six Sigma are a plus
